— Checking and approving the design documentation in accordance with the Conditions of the Works Contract, the Beneficiary's Requirements, the technical and financial Offer, the regulations and legislation in force.
— Verification and approval of the solutions from the technical project in accordance with the Conditions of the Works Contract, the Beneficiary's Requirements, the technical and financial Offer, the regulations and legislation in force.
— Verification and approval of the Technical Project and Execution Details in accordance with Law no. 10/1995 and H.G. no. 907/ 2016 with subsequent amendments and additions;
— Check and approve construction site provisions in accordance with Law no. 10/1995, H.G. no. 907/ 2016 with subsequent amendments and additions and Law no. 50/1991 republished and its application rules;
— Participation as a guest in the determined phases included in the control program in determining phases;
— Verification by survey of the works that become hidden with regard to the requirements of the project, following the geometry, positioning, dimensions, etc.;
— Inspecting, identifying and solving any problems, errors or defects that appeared during the warranty period, as well as ordering the execution of their remedial works by the contractor under the quality conditions stipulated in the Contract.

▬  The experience held in the position of Design Team Leader and/or Deputy Design Team Leader and/or Project Leader and/or Deputy Project Leader and/or Road Design Engineer within a contract for the development and/or updating and/or revision of Studies Feasibility and/or Technical Projects for new construction and/or modernization and/or widening and/or rehabilitation of national roads and/or express roads and/or highways.

▬ Holds an Engineer Diploma from a Faculty/University in the field of road construction, bridges, tunnels or similar;

▬    Construction University degree
