Egis US is a leading provider of engineering, construction and technical services for public agencies and private sector companies around the United States.
As a Proposal Coordinator you will:
- Use your strengths of discipline and focus to lead the development of technical proposals
- Analyze Requests for Proposal (RFPs) from federal, state, and local government agencies and plan the proposal development process
- Lead kickoff meetings and take responsibility for all proposal deliverables, including illustrations, technical approaches, resumes, and project profiles
- Interview technical staff and help develop technical narratives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years related work experience, preferably in the A/E/C industries (B2G experience preferred)
- Familiarity with government procurement rules and process
- Read and understand technical information, conduct interviews, and draft technical material; excellent grammar, spelling and composition skills required
- Collaborative and able to excel in cross-functional work teams
- Self-motivated and able to work independently. NOTE: candidates can work remotely or from one of BLN’s offices nationwide
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and CRM or data management software (Deltek Vantagepoint experience preferred)
